21 A large amount of 2016 was spent fundraising
The local cuts to services meant that other services were applying for our usual pots of money It was soon apparent that the organisation needed a designated fundraiser It was decided that there would be a staff restructure and the role of Assistant Project Director would cease We needed to address the years deficit and plan for future years in the current economy Instead the front line staff team would expand so to secure front line services An additional Senior Project Worker post would also be created A 10 our a week Administrator And a 12 hour a week Fundraising Coordinator posts would also be created
