Consistent with one of the poorest counties in KS, system suffers from significant deferred maintenance and reinvestment is needed. The red pipes indicate those that were installed in the 1960s and earlier. The turquoise lines have been CIPP lined. The blue pipes have been installed since 2010 (green since 2000).
