Our Merchandising department is filled with young, energetic and vibrant personnel , led by experienced and technically very sound Merchandising manager. These merchandisers deal with each singular orders autonomously in all phases of logistic & technical requirements. They strictly follow the Time & Action plan set by merchandising manager. Knitting & Dying department is comprehensively connected to this department on terms of fabric development, knitting-dying production, fabric, color, shade, construction. This team’s work is not limited to consumption, costing, booking & sampling only but also they are involved in with the production floor so that they are connected from start to end.

Control & Assurance
During the course of its operation, BKFL has accomplished its Quality Control System, which includes dependable checks, to maintain sound production. The proficient Quality-Assurance
(QA) team spreads its operation even into the procurement of raw-materials and machinery.
BKFL has constantly rationalized this system, and it now features a unique competency in terms of industry-low rework and repair rate. It has developed the latest Quality-Control equipment,
and developed quality-consciousness among the workforce. At BKFL we are strongly committed to quality, BKFL can meet the best AQL requirements of clients.
We at BKFL believe there is no compromise with quality and its our responsibility to keep our customer satisfied with our quality.
SAMPLING
We provide our representative samples upon request of the Buyers & we can also make Counter Sample /Develop Sample as Buyers’ Sketch / Sample / Design. We are committed to provide sample within least time depending on yarn supply & quantity .
Our sampling Team consisting of 10 people are fully skilled and experienced to meet the need of ever-changing requirements of the buyer.

6. Worker’s Welfare
Above and beyond remunerating a "living wage" which is considerably higher than the legal minimum, BKFL supports its employees by setting up welfare facilities like medical center, day-care center, and canteen. The consequence is industry-low turnover rate in its workforce. Our on site Doctor and nurses are equipped with first Aid and primary medical treatment for minor work place injuries and diseases. We are at agreement with local private hospital undertake treatment that are of greater concern, we also bear full expenses of treatment of any injuries incurred in working hours.
In BKFL, day care center is not sheer compliance with legal requirement, rather it’s a fully operational facility to take care & entertain children of working mothers by experienced and energetic staffs who ensures that the children have safe and quality stay at our day care.
