Thank you for coming to the breakout session for Youth Renew. In this presentation, I will talk in-depth about the benefits and clinical studies of Youth Renew’s key ingredients.

Let’s start with the first product in the system – the Crème Cleanser. The ingredients in Youth Renew Crème Cleanser effectively cleanse and purify the skin - allowing for an optimal environment to receive the benefits found in the remaining Youth Renew products.
The super fruit blend in Youth Renew Crème Cleanser provides several benefits to the skin. It is very effective in cleansing and purifying the skin, but is more gentle than harsh sulfates which are typically used in other cleansers. They also provide the skin with potent antioxidants and essential nutrients.
Macadamia Nut Oil has been used for centuries in native cultures and is used in many skin care products today. It gently removes traces of makeup and impurities and contains a very high content of palmitoleic acid which is a proven lipid peroxidation fighter – this helps ensure skin cell structural integrity. It is also a natural emollient that softens and smoothes the skin. It is particularly beneficial for dry or mature skin.

Many of the key ingredients found in Youth Renew are unique blends formulated by prominent skin care ingredient companies. These ingredients were included in the Youth Renew Toner for their proven efficacy in soothing the skin and promoting a healthy skin barrier.
Triple A Complex is a combination of algae and mugwort extracts that have been clinically proven to reduce skin irritation.
Bois II is an herbal blend that promotes skin barrier repair and improves hydration and suppleness
MPC is a milk protein complex that acts as a cell messenger to promote collagen synthesis and provides essential amino acids needed for healthy skin.

Triple A Complex (Algae Extract, Artemisia Vulgaris Extract)
40% reduction in skin irritation
These are the results of a clinical study that was conducted on Triple A Complex to test its anti-inflammatory and anti-irritation properties.
A 10% solution of Balsam of Peru, a highly allergenic and irritant plant was applied to 20 subjects. Shortly after application, a 1%, 3%, and 5% solution of Triple A Complex was applied. Subjects showed a 40% reduction in skin irritation after application of Triple A Complex.

This was a clinical study conducted on IBR Snowflake to test it’s efficacy in reducing fine lines.

SYN®-AKE (Dipeptide Diaminobutyroyl Benzylamide Diacetate)
This study was done on SYN-AKE - a peptide blend that mimics the effects of the venom found in the Temple Viper Snake. It suppresses the involuntary facial muscle contractions that occur in our face many times throughout the day. These contractions contribute to permanent expression lines and wrinkles. As noted on this graph, this volunteer showed a 52% decrease in wrinkle size on her forehead after 28 days. This shows that the effects of SYN-AKE are not only instant, but will last if applied daily.

Matrixyl™ 3000 (Palmityoyl Oligopeptide, Palmitoyl Tetrapeptide)
These are the results of a clinical study done on Matrixyl 3000 – another peptide blend. In this study, 2 panels of 23 volunteers aged 39 to 74 applied a cream containing Matrixyl™3000 to one-half of their face against a placebo on the other half, twice a day for 56 days.
In addition to the noticeable results in the before and after pictures, the following were also noted:
15% reduction in main wrinkle depth and 18% in wrinkle volume
14% reduction in roughness
16% reduction in complexity (lifting parameter)
44% decrease in the area occupied by deep wrinkles
15% increase in skin tone

Saliporine 8 - This hardy coastal plant increased moisture levels in the skin by 60% in a clinical study. It also significantly reduces trans-epidermal water loss
Lys’lastine– increases the LOXL protein which improves skin elasticity
Phase 2 - contains isothiocyanates (ITCs) which provide natural environmental defense and boosts SPF.

11. Moisturizer Clinical Study SALIPORINE-8 (Salicornia Herbacea Extract)
Skin that is hydrated effectively and continuously looks more healthy and youthful. These are the results of a clinical study done on Saliporine-8, a hardy coastal plant that significantly increases moisture levels and prevents trans-epidermal water loss in the skin.
In this study, Saliporine-8 increased moisture levels in the skin by a factor of 60 after 28 days of twice daily application.

12. Moisturizer Clinical Study SALIPORINE-8 (Salicornia Herbacea Extract
Because of its ability to improve hydration, Saliporine-8 has also been clinically proven to increase skin density, making it smoother, softer and more youthful in
appearance. The before and after pictures in this study show compelling “smoothing” results.

13. Moisturizer Clinical Study Phase2 Rx™ Cruciferous Vegetable Blend
Phase 2 is a cruciferous vegetable blend that contains high amounts of isothiocyanates (ITCs), naturally found in cruciferous plant extracts. ITC’s protect skin from sunlight damage, environmental pollutants, and oxidative stress. This protection can last for up to 48 hours after use. Phase 2 also boosts the SPF of sunscreen. In this study, Phase 2 caused the SPF of an FDA SPF 4 standard to double to an SPF 8.
