1. WP 7 – the promise Purpose
Stakeholders in participating countries will be well informed and eager to participate throughout the EMREX project. Other interested parties can keep themselves well informed via the website, downloadable work packages and quarterly newletters. Results of the EMREX project will be disseminated and up-scaled throughout Europe and live on after the successful conclusion of the EMREX project.
The dissemination and Scaling-up of the technical platform will ensure sustainability of the results in the long term. The project partners will co-operate with the rest of the European stakeholders and develop a stainability plan focusing on models and scenarios for embedding and sustaining the project outputs.

2. WP 7 – the promise Deliverables Overal stakeholder communication plan
Detailed communication plan for the different countries
Public website: Project status, Project updates, Project highlights, Project results, Quarterly newsletter ( ed to subscribers), Dissemination packages ( ed to subscribers), User stories, Marketing material
Marketing plan for target audience: Conference participation, Flyers, Posters, Presentations
Establish an international steering group: EMREX information start package, SMP start package, NCP start package
Setting up a Stakeholder Forum (Moved from WP1 to WP7)

3. WP 7 – current status Public website has been established

The word about EMREX has been spread in the participating countries.
Field trial newsletters has been made – does this count as a substitute for the quarterly newsletters promised?
Stakeholder Forum set up and a meeting has been held
A large conference on EMREX has been held
Collaborations with especially EWP is ongoing
Changes in assumptions, tasks, environment during the project that affect what can be done? No!
