2. Attendance and Lateness
Students are expected to maintain an attendance rate of at least 88% at all times. Should your attendance fall below 88%, you MAY be excluded from senior events and activities.

4. sEnior Expectations Respect and follow all school rules.
Sign and return senior contract.
Pay senior dues.
Pass all regents exams and required courses.
Pass a minimum of 6 classes each term.

5. sEnior trip requirements
Have signed and returned senior trip contract and paid senior trip dues in full ($350).
Not have any grade of No Show (NS).
Have passed 4 out of 5 required regents exams.
Have a clear disciplinary record.
Have passed all classes necessary to graduate.

6. sEnior trip Deadline: January 31st
By January 31st you should have:
paid at least $350 toward senior dues (see sheet provided to determine your balance)
signed and returned SENIOR TRIP CONTRACT (one provided to you today)
Note: Failure to pay and/or return contract by January 31st may result in your room arrangements changing and/or seat being given to students on the waiting list!

7. Senior Trip Specifics Place: Honors Haven Resort
Address: 1195 Arrowhead Rd, Ellenville, NY 12428
Dates: March 24th – 26th
Departure: Friday March 24th (8:30am Bowne)
Return: Sunday, March 26th (3:00pm Bowne)
Room and Board: Each room will consist of 4 people (all female or all male).

8. Medical You must let Ms. Hoefferle know TODAY if you have:
SPECIAL DIETARY ACCOMMODATIONS (i.e. gluten free, vegan, vegetarian)
FOOD ALLERGIES (i.e. lactose, tree nuts or fish allergy)
MEDICAL CONDITIONS or ARE ON MEDICATIONS
Known Anaphylaxis (or) Allergic Reactions (i.e. latex, bee stings, tree nuts, soy, wheat, eggs) you must bring an Epi-pen (with RX DIRECTIONS on it) with you.
ASTHMA, you must bring an inhaler ( with RX DIRECTIONS on it ) with you.
