Latest version of RemotEye II has solved all errors issues, if customers experiencing errors alarm, most probably customers do not have latest RemotEye II software revision. Please have customers perform the following steps:
Upgrade to latest version,
Clear the old logs,
Restart the RemotEye II

My RemotEye II is showing “UNKNOWN” on the RemotEye II web site?
Answer:
When RemotEye II is showing “Unknown” on the website it is
because the communication between the RemotEye II and UPS
is not established. Please check cable connection. For 1600EP
Series, please make sure the front display is showing “SNMP”
if you are using RemotEye II/Internal.
