2 PROFILE and DISCRIPTION
The created company would be engaged in the design, development, research, manufacture and sale of hydraulic machine tools, hydraulic presses and scissors as well as related machines that use hydraulic and servo-hydraulic systems. I have got a sincere intention to offer you a program of production of machine tools, hydraulic presses and shears are intended for bending and cutting sheet steel. I possess the necessary knowledge, experience alone with technical documentation which is sufficient to enter the project. The project is a long-term nature, and besides economic interests, its purpose is national- interest character that would be knowledge, experience, cutting edge technologies participate and exercises in B&H. This project means, the various industrial manufacturing sectors as well as different sort of the workforce (employee) takes a place. It is a cutting edge finished product-brand that encompasses knowledge and experience with a vision to build much needed industrial confidence within our community.

3 I am looking for a trusted partner who would share this vision, with whom I form a company with in a proportionate ratio depending on the input of capital. The side partner should invest financial assets and cover the expenses of running company for two years equating to € / year, which would be equivalent in percentage of 50:50. The production cost of these machines can comfortably be counted per kilos or tons (Welded construction price 1.7€-2€ / Kg, machining of 2€ to 3€), so making machines weight 4 tones cost circa 8000€ + CNC control and hydraulics). The ratio of production cost and the selling of these machines is x3 minimum, that is to say, this is high profitable business. Aware of the difficult situation in our country, especially in the industry and manufacturing sector, I offer this program because I believe that is conceivable and feasible in the respect of technological capacity, experience and human resources in our country. No matter what future challenges lay ahead, we believe that this project will provide a vision and hope for a better outlook, which in itself is worth a try. The business plan which would be contractually secured to the future partner would be based on mutual trust, transparency, honor and respect, all bound with same vision and objectives.

4 The company organization would be on the principles of modern business and would benefit from new technologies applied to the organization and processes. The production would be separated from the development, research (R & D) and marketing. All components would be procured by an "out-source" principle, and delivered to the warehouse where it will be exclusively assembled to built the machine. Similarly, marketing and accounting services would be delivered via outsource method. The key units is R & D and everything else could be delivered outside company, a services that would be paid for. The intention is, a very small number of people effectively run the company, thanks to new technologies that will enable this, using existing resources in B&H, such as cheap energy, resources in machining industry, skilled, committed hard work workforce whose hourly rate is competitive will in turn produce a competitive product. Other parts of the machine such as the upper bracket, guide and smaller parts would be done by means of cooperatives, that is to say, "out-source". CNC machine control also could be provided from reliable suppliers, optionally, it can go into our own software development as well. Assembly workplace would be leased at market price in business zones size up to 500m2. It has to have a crane 10 tones min. as well as several smaller crane because it is a heavy machine with quite heavy components, where the body of a machine weight from 3.5 tones to 6 tones.

5 STRATEGY MARKETING AND SALES
MARKET ANALYSIS These machines are initially intended for the market of Bosnia and Herzegovina and neighboring countries but the ultimate goal would be for a market in the Middle East where the demand for these machines are great. As for Bosnia and Herzegovina, my prediction is, for a minimum of two or three machines to be sold on an annual basis, and also in the neighboring countries, which would be enough to make company profitable. STRATEGY MARKETING AND SALES It is also planned to thinking and other ways of trade not only classical sales. Due to unstable market environment in Bosnia, the options, giving machines on leasing would be acceptable as well as the possibility of entering into business risk with customers using the formula of Islamic banking. It should be recalled that the target market for these machines the Middle East, estimates that the requirements for sheet metal outfit in these countries is huge and increasing.

6 FINANCE SUMMARY In the first month the company should be founded, manager appointed, the office found and equipped. At the end of the second month research and development center (R & D) should commence with the preparation of documentation. As 3D documentation already exists it is necessary to make the fabrication drawing that would be launched for production. The drawings of the body and cylinders can immediately be launched and look for a subcontract to produce. At the same time, generating of the other fabrication drawings will continuing. Additionally, would be contacted with a company that can provide software for CNC control. Under ideal conditions, is necessary 6 months since the company's founding to complete the prototype of presses 135T/3m. First year expenses : R & D € 50,000, Operating department € 25,000, Marketing € 25,000. The aggregate cost of the first year without investing in the production of machines is 100,000€.
