13. Eligibility criteria
Both parents working (or sole parent in lone parent family) & both earn weekly minimum equivalent to 16 hrs at national minimum wage & less than £100,000 pa.
Includes employed, self-employed & zero hours contracts. Don’t need to actually work 16 hrs/wk, but earnings must equal at least 16 hrs work at national minimum wage.

14. Eligibility criteria
Both parents employed but one or both parents is temporarily away from workplace on parental, maternity, paternity or adoption leave or statutory sick pay
One parent employed & other parent has substantial caring responsibilities based on specific benefits received for caring
One parent is employed & one parent is disabled or incapacitated based on receipt of specific benefits
