“35% of the Worlds Oil & Gas Production comes from Offshore” Of the total global reserves of oil & gas, 65% lies under sea waters (35% under the continental shelf and 30% in deepwater areas. Main Regions (not in any order) US GOM (US Gulf of Mexico) North Sea (UK, Norway, Denmark, Holland, Germany) Mexico GOM West Africa (Nigeria, Angola, Equatorial Guinea, Cameroon, Gabon) Arabian Gulf (Saudi Arabia, UAE, Iran, Qatar, Bahrain) Brazil SE Asia (Indonesia, Malaysia, Brunei, Thailand, Vietnam, India, China) Australasia (Australia, Papua New Guinea, Timor, New Zealand) Caspian Sea (Azerbaijan, Kazakhstan, Turkmenistan) Caribbean (Venezuela, Trinidad) Russia (Artic, Far East, Eastern Siberia) Mediterranean (Egypt, Libya, Tunisia, Italy, Morocco)

169 The Prize The Oil & Gas Industry – Excl. Downstream
And something to consider - The US GOM has in the region of 3,000 production platforms of which 700 or so are permanently manned how many gas turbines? The North Sea has 300 or so permanently manned production platforms and somewhere around 700 gas turbines in place. Given the above, what do we think the population of the gas turbine fleet is on a worldwide basis ? 3000? 4000?

180 Dealing with Multi-Divisional Company Contracts
Part 1 I know we missed each other a few times last week. Unfortunately, I will be out of pocket until September 26th so I wanted to explain IIR’s business terms when dealing with multi-company conglomerates such as Emcor. We are proud to have a long history of successful business relationships with companies such as Emerson and Cooper Industries. Presently, we do business with over 70 of the Fortune 500 Companies that are multi-national with ownership of hundreds of operating companies. Since we consider our market intelligence to be our Intellectual Property and main livelihood, we take licensing very seriously. Over the past 20 years, we have developed a proven business model that continues to create win-win relationships with our clients. Our business model is based on charging annual subscription fees for the use of our data, based on market coverage and individual business needs of an operational company or named business entity within a company. We require low-cost seat licenses for usage by the individual users within their assigned company or business entity. Multi-divisional companies are also required to have company licenses with restrictions on sharing data across divisional or company boundaries, unless the other entities are cross-licensed as well.

181 Dealing with Multi-Divisional Company Contracts
Part 2  We do not license parent company entities, holding companies nor corporate umbrella management entities to share our market intelligence with their operating companies, affiliates or sister companies nor other business entities, unless they are cross-licensed as well. Any other business model would not be acceptable to Industrial Info Resources. I would be willing to discuss how we could work with you if these terms and conditions are acceptable to your Senior Management Team. We appreciate your interest. Sincerely, Ed Lewis, CEO Industrial Info Resources
