2 FMLA SERIOUS HEALTH CONDITION
Inpatient Care Period of Incapacity lasting more than 3 consecutive days if: Two or more visits to a health care provider; visit 1 within 7 days of first day of incapacity, and visit 2 within 30 days of first day of incapacity; OR Treatment by a health care provider on one occasion that results in a regimen of continuing treatment under the supervision of the health care provider; visit 1 within 7 days of first day of incapacity © Calfee, Halter & Griswold LLP 2010

20 WHAT HEALTH-RELATED INQUIRIES ARE ALLOWED?
