4. Winemaker, Marcia Torres Forno
For Marcia Torres Forno, winemaking is about forming a relationship with the land and learning its needs, quirks and tendencies. A proponent of sustainable farming practices, Marcia says respecting the vineyard is crucial.
“My goal is to preserve the essence of the individual vineyard site and bring its unique characteristics to the wine,” she explains. “When people drink a Bennett Valley wine, we want that wine to taste and smell like Bennett Valley.”

And for special needs, mostly Nat Acct and hotels needs, we have our lavender items.
