Non-Objective is the type of design that is full of the Elements of Art.
- Colors, shapes, lines, values,
forms, textures.
The Principles of design make the composition.
A Nonobjective work has NO recognizable subject or objects. It instead relies on the elements and principles of design to create a balanced interesting composition having a center of interest, sense of movement, and balance of values and colors.

3. Student Criteria:
Create a Nonobjective Design from a magazine photo using a view finder.
Enlarge it (circular composition) for the final piece.
The composition will use the Elements and Principles of design.
Medium: Colored Pencils
-The drawing will use layers to recreate the
colors in the picture. (Smooth blend of colors)
Find beauty in unsuspected places.
