7. Opportunities Complete Sales Opportunity Registration Form
Available from your manufacture’s rep or directly from ATF
How does it benefit you?
When a deal is registered using the Sales Opportunity Registration Form, ATF will provide additional reduced pricing (5% off dealer cost) only to the reseller that has registered the opportunity with ATF.
To register a deal, provide the following information to ATF: customer name; project location; configuration description; main contact name and phone number; technical contact name, and phone number; and evidence of the reseller’s involvement.
To register a deal, it must be submitting to ATF prior to the release of an RFP or any other kind of solicitation for proposals by the customer.
Registered deals will be protected for 120 days. For registered deals not closed within 120 days, ATF may extend the duration of a registered deal if the reseller presents evidence of ongoing progress towards closure of the project.

9. Credit Application – Becoming a Dealer

11. How to Place Orders
Once Credit terms have been established, Dealer can submit Purchase Orders (PO’s) directly to ATF – follow link for sample PO’s.
Once PO is received and approved, ATF will send Dealer a Sales order Acknowledgement – sample at right
As soon as order is ready for shipping – ATF will inform Dealer
Shipping is FREE for all orders shipped east of the Mississippi River

Installation
Resellers are responsible for providing customers with a satisfactory installation experience. While Resellers typically perform installations for their customers, it is permissible for subcontractors or the customers themselves to install systems. Volume Incentive Rebate
When a reseller reaches a sales volume of $50,000 per month, they will receive a 3% back end rebate, paid quarterly for the next quarter (3 months) after sales volume reached. Quarterly rebate continues as long as monthly volume maintained.
