Our Tepan in-house patented SIP (Structural Insulated Panels) technology allows to manufacture affordable and energy efficient housing.
Global Housing –Tepan SIPs are a high performance building system used for residential and light commercial construction.
The panels consist of an insulating Styrofoam core sandwiched between two structural facings – oriented special patent strand board (OSB)
Exterior panel (made of fibro concrete completed with a variety of decorative finishes)
Styrofoam insulation mm thickness (depending on local requirements)
Interior panel (made of fibro concrete completed with a smooth surface)

Global Housing –Tepan SIPs are manufactured under factory controlled conditions utilizing modern CNCs and sophisticated equipment.
Our expertise allows us to fabricate SIPs to fit nearly any custom building designs.
We manufacture a standard 1000 mm х 1250 mm SIP size and a few custom sizes varying 1000 mm х 1000 mm (1250 mm, 1500mm).
The thickness of SIPs are varied depending on local environmental requirements.
Global houses and buildings are extremely strong, energy efficient and cost effective. Weight of one SIP is kg.
