What is the status of construction? Construction completed: 15,000 linear feet of gravity sewer lines New pump station at end of Carl Seitter Dr. 9,500 linear feet of sewer force main 15,000 liner feet of water lines Construction remaining: Deep sewer construction along Castle Hayne Rd. Driveway restoration Paving, starting with west side of Castle Hayne Rd. East side follows (Timing depends on completion of utility pole relocation.) 2. What is the status of project-related issues? Ditches/headwalls/culverts Over time, ditches lost slopes. Did not properly handle stormwater Slope work must meet NCDOT-design requirements.
