7 Match Funding In-Kind (Public or Private)
Demonstrating an in-kind contribution as a certified cost will not generate ERDF or ERDF equivalent funding unless actual costs have been reported by the project partner. The cost will not show in the main ledger but the value of this in-kind contribution should be verified by the partners FLC. For contribution other then In-Kind then only private external contribution needs to be verified by FLC:s (compare reported amounts in eMS compared to main ledger). Beneficiary match funding Calculated and not a transfer of cash.
