The lightRadio portfolio complements our existing LTE RAN products. Operators an capitalize on LTE today and gain market share by using our existing LTE RAN (which is lightRadio ready) to enable capacity growth and service differentiation. As a second phase, operators can renovate their existing 2G/3G RAN to lightRadio to save on operational and capex costs. This includes utilizing small cells to bring capacity closer to the users and where needed. The increase in the number of cells and the need to ensure proper coverage will necessitate further network optimization tools. Moving beyond DPI analysis, ALU brings PCDM tools and intelligent service enablement capabilities to allow operators to monetize their networks.
