What EPA Buys EPA procures a range of products and service to help meet its mission. The Office of Small Business and Disadvantaged Business Utilization (OSDBU)
The OSDBU support EPA’s mission by fostering opportunities for partnerships, contracts, sub-agreements, and grants for small and socioeconomically disadvantaged concerns, including their advocacy in EPA regulations and compliance. Each EPA region has a Small Business Coordinator who works closely with the small businesses and the Agency to identify and advocate for small business participation in EPA’s business opportunities.
