Studio Cambridge is the oldest English Language School in Cambridge, England
Accredited by the British Council and ISI
A member of IALC, (International Association of Language Centres) and English UK
Studio Main school is located only 10 minutes walk from Cambridge city centre and just 400 metres from the train station
Studio is not part of a chain of schools - it is privately owned and managed

For students aged 16 to 19 years old
English tuition with a choice of 20 or 28 lessons per week
(15 or 21 hours)

The perfect programme for older teenagers who would benefit from a supervised course and interaction with British university staff

Residential camp with bedrooms at both Ridley Hall and Newnham College
Single, Cambridge University student rooms with shared bathroom and showers
A limited number of twin ensuite bedrooms are available on request

All meals provided at the 2 university college dining halls on campus
Free laundry facilities
High level of supervision and welfare
Students must return to the residence by midnight at the latest

The Cambridge University theme is designed to:
Inspire
Give our students a feel of what life is like for Cambridge University students
Show our students areas of the university that the tourists usually miss
Give our students the chance to listen to and discuss with Cambridge University students
Help prepare our students for their future university studies
Teach our students more about the traditions, famous people, history and myths of the University

13. Sir Christopher English tuition
The Sir Christopher camp has a choice of course options:
Standard English - 20 lessons per week
Intensive English - 28 lessons per week
All students study together in the mornings* in general English lessons, which include elements of the Cambridge University Discovery theme.
Students choosing the Intensive option have extra afternoon lessons (4 days per week) while students on the standard programme have activities
All students join together in evening activities
* Some general English classes may take place in the afternoons during peak weeks

14. Sir Christopher English tuition Academic Skills and IELTS
The Sir Christopher Intensive course option offers:
An extra 8 lesson (6 hours) per week of English tuition
Lessons focus on Academic skills such as:
Power point presentations
Analysing seminars and documentaries
Internet researching
Learning to “read between the lines”
Writing techniques
Exam techniques
Team building tasks
Entrance for the IELTS exam* in Cambridge is available for students on request.
*The exam fee is not included in the course prices.
