49 Crown Diamond LEADERSHIP BONUS (LB) - 20% Recognition Criteria
Benefit : Total 7% of Company BV Achievement Crown Diamond Should have minimum 1 Royal Diamond in the group. He/she must maintain a personal BV of 600 every month. He/she must maintain GBV 1,50,000 every month on greater side and 75,000 GBV on lesser side 1% of the company’s Total Business Volume is equally distributed among all the Active Crown Diamond. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as Business Development Fund. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as Child Education Fund. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as Travel Fund.

50 Executive Crown Diamond LEADERSHIP BONUS (LB) - 20% Recognition
Criteria Benefit : Total 9% of Company BV Achievement Executive Crown Diamond Should have minimum 1 Crown Diamond in the group. He/she must maintain a personal BV of 600 every month. He/she must maintain GBV 3,00,000 every month on greater side and 1,50,000 GBV on lesser side 1% of the company’s Total Business Volume is equally distributed among all the Active Executive Crown Diamond. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as business development fund. 2% of company’s BV is given to him as Child Education Fund. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as Travel Fund. 2% of company’ BV is given to him as Car Fund.
