12. Joining the courses You got a Study book with the requested courses
Find the teacher/departmental coordinator and ask:
What is the schedule of the lessons?
Where will be the lesson?
What is the assesment’s method? (exam/resume/semester work)
Obligatory material?
Let the teacher sign the study book
Bring back the study book till March 1, 2017
The courses should be registered in your NEPTUN system by you or by the International Office.

14. Exam Examination time: May15, 2017 – June 21, 2017
Ask for the method (oral, written, essey) and time of the exam and try to apply in the NEPTUN system.
Let the result write and sign in the grade by the teacher or check in the NEPTUN system.
Give back the filled and signed Study Book latest until June 21, 2017 to the International Office.

16. Certificate of the study
All certificate about the Erasmus study will be prepared by the IO after the examination time, on the base of the NEPTUN system.
The original exemplar will be posted to the home university coordinator or given to you.
Certificate about the Erasmus period is based on the Academic activity. No time certificate after the last exam!
Semester Erasmus study ends latest on June 25, 2017.

18. Student card, which is not a card
Every Erasmus student have the possibility to get a „student card” to enjoy the student’s right in Hungary: Allowance in travel, entrance fee, using the library, sport hall, PC room etc. You will get a certificate in our office automatically, that you are a student of the Szechenyi I. University. Attention! The students’ certificate is valid only 60 days! After this you have to come back for the new one.

19. University card It is not the student’s card!!!
You can use the university facilities with this card, like:
Dormitory
Library
Sporthall and gym (with extra fee of 3000 HUF)
The card costs 1200 HUF, which has to be at the post office by a yellow check (available at International Office)
The card will be issued by the International Office ( pass-port picture after this meeting)
The chip card belong to you, you are not allowed to give it over to anybody!!!
If the card is damaged/lost, you have to pay for the new one (3200 HUF!)
If it does not work, please come to our office.

You can have Internet in the dormitory against payment (yellow check for the payment is available here)
There is a grace time for Internet February 6-18, You can access to the net in the room without paying, but after this time, you have to pay!

23. Student hostel
If you live in the dormitory you have to follow the rules.
To certify this, you have to sign the Accommodation contract which has two coherent attachment:
Hostel Policy
Fire-protection regulations
The room has to be cleaned by the roommates!
Accomodation fee (cash/banktransfer)
First month has to be paid till Ferbuary 10, 2017
Rest 4 months has to be paid till March10, 2017
Deposit for the room and key is HUF, has to be paid by bank transfer or cash NOW at the Accommodation office.
The deposit will be paid back, if you give back the rooms-key and you leave the room without any damage before you leave home. In case of any damage you will not get back the deposit.

24. Some imoortant points of the rules:
In case you want to change the room, you have to agree with all room-mates, please write a request to the Accommodation Office!
Every time, you enter the gate of the hostel, you have to use your provisory card at the equipment on the wall– later your university card and fingerprint.
It is forbidden to smoke and/or take open alkohol into the hostel.
The accomodation is reserved until the end of your study. Latest by the end of the semester you have to leave the dormitory. (June 25, 2017)

25. In any case, you break the rules of the hostel, you are indictable by the Penalty Comission of the Hostel on the base of the Hostel Policy! The penalty could be loosing the right for the reduced accomodation fee or even the elimination.

26. Before leaving home … What we give you at the end of the study:
Certificate of the whole study period
Certificate of your study results (own Transcript of Records)
What you have to give:
Study Book/filled NEPTUN account
Learning Agreement (if not earlier)
Final report (on-line:
Discharge note

28. Discharge note You have to let it sign by the
Dormitory, that you have paid the accomodation
Library, that you have given back all the lent books
Sport hall, that you have no rented sport equipment
Room-key should be given to the reception/maintaining of the dormitory before your leave!
After this all you have to bring the paper back to the International Office.
