4. Boiling point: The temperature point at which water boils (100 degrees C or degrees F) Sentence: The boiling point of water is 212 degrees Fahrenheit.

5. Precipitation: Any type of water (hail, sleet, snow, rain) that falls from clouds to Earth’s surface. Sentence: We are expecting a large amount of precipitation today, so take your umbrella!

6. Evaporation: the process by which a liquid changes into a gas

7. Rain: water that is condensed from the water vapor in the atmosphere and falls to earth. Sentence: We received two inches of rain today!
