2. Summary
The book The Outsiders is about three brothers that are poor. They had no parents to guide them to the future. Then something tragic happened. Johnny kills a Soc and hides from the authorities. Johnny and Dally died on the same day. Johnny died in the hospital after getting burnt. Dally died after being shot by the police.

3. How Does Ponyboy Change?
Ponyboy changes because in the beginning of the book he was proud of being a Greaser. Towards the end of the book he was questioning why he was a Greaser.

4. Why Was the Book Called The Outsiders?
The three brothers are the outsiders. They do not fit in with other people but are ignored/forgotten by certain people.
