PDA Planning program is an initiative to finance planning in PDAs that will result in intensified land uses around public transit hubs - see Guidelines for program goals
South Richmond PDA place type is Transit Neighborhood (with employment emphasis)
Program EIR evaluating implementation of Specific Plan – analysis desired to level that future projects complying with Specific plan do not require additional environmental review.
