* Egypt is large country. It has a total area of 997,000 km. sq. And it is the second largest populous country
of the African continent.
* The population of Egypt
on January 1st 2011 is approximately 77 millions.

Egypt is located in Africa. Mediterranean Sea – north. Israel and the Red Sea – east. Sudan – south. Libya – west.The most important feature in Egypt is the Nile River.
