RMGRR144, Elimination of REP-Specific Switch Hold Lists
This Retail Market Guide Revision Request (RMGRR) eliminates the requirement for Transmission and/or Distribution Service Providers (TDSPs) to maintain a secure list by Retail Electric Provider (REP) Data Universal Numbering Systems (DUNS) of all Electric Service Identifiers (ESI IDs) with switch holds.
TX SET recommended Approval of RMGRR144 during SET’s leadership’s update to RMS
Motion to Approve was Unanimous
Impact Analysis (IA) will return to RMS on 2/7/17

Service Availability –December
Retail Market IT systems met all SLA targets
 Incidents & Maintenance – December
01/03/17 – ERCOT renewed/replaced the NAESB.ERCOT.com SSL digital certificate
No action is typically required of Market Participants for this type of certificate renewal
TXUE experienced errors which were resolved by downloading the new certificate and installing it into their trusted key store
No other issues were reported by Market Participants
ERCOT has traditionally sent Market Notices for this type of change, but failed to do so in this instance
For future changes of this type, ERCOT will ensure that a Market Notice is sent
ERCOT planned to meet with TDTMS, CSWG and MDWG to develop final draft recommendations for 2017 ERCOT’s Retail and Market Transparency Service Level Agreements (SLAs)

“NPRR Modifications to Date Change and Cancellation Evaluation Window” is currently scheduled for 10/31-11/2/17 Implementation instead of 1st or 2nd Quarter 2017.
Troy Anderson (ERCOT) will review this project’s schedule again to determine if implementation could be scheduled sooner in 2017.

13. “Other Business” Digital Certification Renewal Process Discussion
Action Item:
ERCOT will take RMS discussions and/or suggestions internally to determine what items can be streamlined or identify potential system improvements, which may require an SCR. ERCOT stated it may take 2 months to complete their internal investigations and planned to provide feedback to RMS.
Also a suggestion was made for ERCOT to develop online training modules that includes some tips and tricks to assist Market Participants and/or their USA’s with creating, renewing and/or canceling their Digital Certificates.
