8 Dump Cake Recipe Dump Cake Ingredients:
• 1 can Dole crushed Pineapple (14 oz) • 1 can ED Smith strawberry pie filling • 1 box white cake mix • chopped pecans (Optional) • 1 cup butter (2 sticks melted) Directions: 1. Spread pineapple with juice over bottom of 9x13 pan. 2. Spoon on pie filling so it sits in a layer on top (be careful not to mix it) 3. Sprinkle dry cake mix over top , 4. Sprinkle chopped pecan (chopped small) – Optional step 5. Drizzle melted butter over top 6. Bake for 45 minutes at 350 degrees 7. Serve hot with whipped cream or cool whip (can also be served cold).

9 Anzac Biscuits Recipe Anzac Biscuits Ingredients: Directions:
• 1 cup plain flour  2/3 cup white sugar • 1 cup rolled oats  1 cup desiccated coconut (dried coconut) • 125g unsalted butter  ¼ cup golden syrup or corn syrup • 1/2 teaspoon bicarbonate of soda (baking soda)  1 Tablespoon boiling water Directions: 1. Wash hands and collect all ingredients. Preheat oven to 180c. Line a biscuit tray with baking paper. 2. Sift flour and sugar into large mixing bowl. Add oats and coconut. Make a well in the centre. 3. Combine butter and golden syrup in small pan. Stir over low heat until butter is melted and mixture smooth. Remove from heat. 4. Dissolve Bicarbonate soda in water; add immediately to butter mixture. It will foam up instantly. 5. Add butter mixture to dry ingredients. Mix with spoon until well combined. 6. Roll one level Tablespoon of mixture into balls and flatten slightly on tray. Allow room for spreading. 7. Bake for 20 minutes or until just browned. 8. Remove from oven and transfer onto cooling rack.
