2. About us Mr. Montsi Ben Moseme

Ben has a background in classical marketing and business strategy. His early business experience was nurtured within the Multinational Fast moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) environment where he held various strategic positions from a Departmental Manager position at Woolworths, Sales Manager position for South African Breweries, Consumer Development Manager (SAB) within which he was awarded various performance and innovation accolades. He was subsequently headhunted by ABSA bank for a Regional Manager osition in their retail banking services section. As such he has a strong grounding in brand management, consumer insight of the industrial marketing concept of reputation management.
To broaden and share his competence in the implementation of strategy he became increasingly interested in the advertising and marketing communications industry. This led to him founding and establishing C Squared Consumer Connectedness Pty Ltd in 2003, an agency where he is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO).
In May 2006, Ben and his homeboy, Edgar were approached by Theo to acquire Omega Gas & Lubricants business. Their dream came true when Standard Bank through its BEE wing agreed to fund the transaction. This interdependent relationship is partnership pioneering.

Edgar’s academic background has equipped him with the necessary technical know-how around the superior general management approach towards business operations. The Masters in Business Leadership has further extended this knowledge base to the executive level of business management.
Edgar’s has significant wealth of experience in the advanced Experiential Marketing fields. This comes from the days when he was with the Multi-national Tobacco Company, British American Tobacco, where he played a critical role in seeding, building and expanding numerous consumer brands in different markets. He then left BAT after an illustrious career span to join the globe-takeover Multi-national organisation in the name, South African Breweries as the Regional Brand Development Manager. In year 2005, he won the Outstanding Marketer of the Year Award, an award bequeathed unto him for excellence in dissemination of brand messages in innovative and memorable manner.

Zondy holds honours degree in personnel leadership from the University of the Free State. She a dynamic admin person with unbelievable people skills and high levels of emotional intelligence. She grew up in a business environment assisting his father with a family run business. She joined Equal Access in 1998 as a recruitment specialist and later moved to Department of Tourism in the Free State as a Deputy Director in Corporate Services. She the left formal employment to join his husband at C Squared Consumer Connectedness Pty Ltd as Administration Manager.
In March 2006 she was appointed Business Director for Omega Appliances and Furniture where she holds 32% equity as a black female. This the only black owned with female equity in the Free State. Zondy’s strengths lies in her communication skills and the willingness to grow business to new levels.
Mrs. Manteo Anna Leshoro

Manteo started her career as a teacher. In 2003 she came to a decision to explore other avenues in life and joined the winner of Number One Employer of the Year Award ABSA Retail Banking Services as a sales consultant. She received awards like the Best Consultant in Sales and Client Retention categories in This led to her being promoted to a Sales Manager for the Mobile Sales Team in Central Region of ABSA bank. Her key responsibilities ranged from recruitment of Sales consultants to market penetration including credit assessment and middle market penetration strategies.
Manteo is a bold, strong and firm and yet kind, inspirational in terms of leadership abilities and a highly diplomatic person.
