34 Disruption of Food Systems
Lesser miles, lesser carbon footprint Transparency No middle man we know exactly how that piece of leaf is grown and how it reaches our plate

35 OUR IMPACT Each Citizen Farm can produce 100 kg of leafy greens DAILY
Take in 200 kg of food waste DAILY Hiring of 30 beneficiaries per Citizen Farm 300 Citizen Farms needed to fulfil ALL of Singapore’s Leafy Green production

38 THE FUTURE

39 WHAT WE HAVE LEARNT The office staff has provided positive feedback of working side by side a functioning farm, and ubs livability of the city The greater community has expressed a lot of interests about why we are doing this and we can be a part of their lives Consumers and chefs are seeking a closer relationship with their food source that is severely lacking Urban farming is better done together, than as a single entity.
