Issuer: Marapharm Ventures Inc. About: Marapharm has holdings in both the US and Canadian legal cannabis markets, with investments being made in Nevada, Washington, California and British Columbia. Cannabis sales in North America topped 6.7 billion dollars in 2016, the market is still in its infancy and is expected to continue to grow. Investment: Warrant Offering: 10 cents per warrant for gross proceeds of up to $8 million CDN, excersisable into one common share for the price of $2.90 per share for a period of 3 years from the date of closing.
