3 Biomechanics of Pitching
Every Pitch approaches maxium torque on UCL complex Valgus forces at elbow (64Nm) can exceed the tensile strength of UCL (32Nm) Fleisig, AJSM 1995 Fatigue of dynamic stabilizers
