1 Electronic SENSORS

2 Some sensors are discuss below
Some sensors are discuss below. These are related to Electric current, electric potential, magnetic, radio.

3 Current sensor Daly detector Electroscope Electron multiplier Faraday cup Galvanometer Hall effect sensor Magnetic anomaly detector Current Sensor Electroscope Hall Effect Sensor

4 MEMS magnetic field sensor Metal detector Planar Hall sensor
Magnetometer Magnetoresistance MEMS magnetic field sensor Metal detector Planar Hall sensor Radio direction finder Voltage detector MAGNETORESISTANCE METAL DETECTOR

5 A current sensor is a device that detects electric current (AC or DC) in a wire, and generates a signal proportional to it. It can be utilized on display the measured current in an ammeter. CURRENT SENSOR

6 Daly detectors are typically used in mass spectrometers
Daly detectors are typically used in mass spectrometers. It also allows to use a higher acceleration after the field-free region of a time-of-flight mass spectrometer flight tube, which can improve the sensitivity for heavy ions. Mass spectrometers

7 Electroscopes detect electric charge by the motion of a test object due to the Coulomb electrostatic force. Since the electric potential or voltage of an object ELECTROSCOPES

8 Electron multipliers are often used as a detector of ions that have been separated by a mass analyzer of some sort ELECTRON MULTIPLIER

9 A Faraday cup is a metal (conductive) cup designed to catch charged particles in vacuum. The resulting current can be measured and used to determine the number of ions or electrons hitting the cup. Faraday cup

10 A Galvanometer is an electromechanical instrument for detecting and measuring electric current. The most common use of galvanometers is as analog measuring instruments, called ammeters, used to measure the direct current. GALVANOMETER

11 A Hall effect sensor is a transducer that varies its output voltage in response to a magnetic field. Hall effect sensors are used for proximity switching, positioning, speed detection, and current sensing applications. HALL EFFECT SENSOR

12 EARTH’S MAGNETIC FIELD
A Magnetic Anomaly Detector (MAD) is an instrument used to detect minute variations in the Earth's magnetic field. The term refers specifically to magnetometers used by military forces to detect submarines. EARTH’S MAGNETIC FIELD

13 A Magnetometer is an instrument that measures magnetism either magnetization of magnetic material like a Ferro magnet, or the direction, strength, or the relative change of a magnetic field at a particular location. MAGNETOMETER

14 Magnetoresistance is the tendency of a material to change the value of its electrical resistance in an externally-applied magnetic field. There are a variety of effects that can be called Magnetoresistance. MAGNETORESISTANCE

15 A MEMS-based Magnetic Field Sensor is a small scale microelectromechanical (MEMS) device for detecting and measuring magnetic fields. Many of these operate by detecting effects of the Lorentz force. MAGNETIC SENSOR

16 A Metal Detector is an electronic instrument which detects the presence of metal nearby. These are also used to detect foreign bodies in food, and in the construction industry to detect steel reinforcing bars in concrete and pipes.  METAL DETECTOR

17 The Planar Hall Sensor  is based on the planar Hall effect of ferromagnetic materials. It measures the change in anisotropic magnetoresistance caused by an external magnetic field in the Hall geometry. PLANAR HALL SENSOR

18 DIRECTION FINDER CIRCUIT
A Radio Direction Finder (RDF) is a device for finding the direction, or bearing, to a radio source. The act of measuring the direction is known as radio direction finding.  RDF is widely used as a radio navigation system, especially with boats and aircraft. DIRECTION FINDER CIRCUIT

19 Voltage detector: A test light, test lamp, voltage tester, or mains tester is a simple piece of electronic test equipment used to determine the presence or absence of an electric voltage (usually alternating current (AC) ) in a piece of equipment under test. VOLTAGE DETECTOR
