in carrying out this major tasks!

5. SCOPE & PROJECT CRITERIA
Developed in MS Project
Gantt chart view
Major projects, tertiary and machine type
Projects > 100KCHF and at least 1 DO or 1 IT (with or without MS)
Projects with blanket contracts only, are excluded
IPP must be approved (can be used also for IPP themselves)

6. ACTORS & PREREQUISITES
Only PM shall use the tool and updated it regularly, at least 1/month
All the technical domains involved in the project must be identified
- > roles/colleagues in other sections
Colleagues in other sections shall give their contribution
Names instead of roles are given by the section leaders
PM are expected to know :
procurement guidelines
project management procedures & best practices
bases of MS Project
