2. WHEN WE START OUR DAY ALL DAY PRESCHOOL: ENRICHMENT TEDDY BEARS:
All Day Students can arrive anytime from 6:30am-8:45am.
ENRICHMENT TEDDY BEARS:
Teddy Bears arrive at 8:45am
ENRICHMENT BUSY BEES:
Busy Bees arrive at 8:45am
Attendance is charged hourly and begins when your child arrives. If you drop your child off earlier than 8:45, the time used will be billed to your account.

4. School year calendar
Kid Watch follows the Louisville City Schools Calendar. You will receive a KW calendar in your orientation packet that reflects the school district calendar. When Louisville City Schools are closed, Kid Watch will be closed also.

5. Snow days or delays
If Louisville City Schools are closed for bad weather, KW is closed also. School closings will be posted on TV Channel 3 WKYC, 5 WEWS and FOX 8. If you hear Louisville City Schools are closed on the radio, Kid Watch is closed also.
DELAYS: All Day students can attend . KW will be providing care for school agers before school also. The later schedule will disrupt
2 ½ hr Enrichment Preschool. So for delays, Enrichment Preschool will be cancelled for that DELAY day.

6. KEEPING TRACK OF ATTENDANCE
Parents of All Day Preschoolers will clock in and out on touchpad using the last four numbers of Mom or Dad’s cell phone # and sign in and out in the classroom. Attendance for Enrichment Preschoolers will be marked in classroom by child’s teacher.

7. SICK POLICY HELP EVERYONE STAY WELL! SICK? STAY HOME!

-If your child develops a fever of 100 or higher, you will need to come get him/her -Fever free for 24 hours before returning -See handbook for other conditions requiring children to stay home. PLEASE CALL OFF on Kid Watch call off line ext #1

8. TUITION PAYMENT
You will receive a statement every TWO weeks . Payment is due by the Friday of the week the statement is received. Please place check or cash in payment box in 1st or 2nd floor offices. Kid Watch also accepts credit cards(3% service charge will be applied to tuition account.)

9. SNACKS
MEALS
Nutritional snacks including two of the four food groups will be provided mid-morning and mid afternoon.
All- day students are requested to bring a packed lunch. WARM UPS are permitted.

10. OUTDOOR play
During suitable weather, students will play outdoors for large motor time. Please dress your child with appropriate clothes for this play (i.e. sneakers, jackets, etc.)

11. birthdays
Birthdays will be celebrated at Kid Watch. Your child’s teacher will coordinate the date and plans with you. Summer birthdays are celebrated also.
If you want to invite classmates to a party, invitations will not be passed out by KW teachers unless your child’s whole class is invited. A list of student’s contact information can be provided.

13. WHAT DO WE BRING TO KID WATCH?
* PRESCHOOL ONLY: Wear a coat when weather requires it so we can go outside to play. That is the only thing you need to bring daily from home.
* PRESCHOOL WITH EXTENDED DAY: Coat, Packed Lunch, Small blanket and pillow in a small bag or backpack. (Rest items can stay at Kid Watch during the week but need to be taken home on weekends to launder. ) PLEASE DO NOT SEND A BACKPACK UNLESS IT IS USED FOR YOUR CHILD’S REST TIME ITEMS.
