Objective of the Campaign To promote and encourage your Plan Members to register for Direct Deposit (DD) and Electronic Claim Statements (ECS), allowing them to benefit: Receive their money faster and easier Group Benefits claim payments paid directly to their bank account Securely view claim statements online Avoid unforeseen mail delays You help your Plan Members to get their Group Benefits claim payments faster and easier by promoting direct deposit and electronic claim statements!

How it works An easy to run promotional campaign Manulife provides a Toolkit of “ready to use” communication materials You choose which Toolkit options to use Communicate the material to your employees using , your company intranet site/employee website, and/or distributing printed material

Communicate You review the available Toolkit materials and choose which options to use. It is recommended that you use multiple items/mediums (electronic and print) for maximum campaign effectiveness Contact your Manulife Account Executive to order printed campaign materials The purpose is to communicate: The benefits of Direct Deposit and Electronic Claim Statements How Plan Members can register for Direct Deposit and Electronic Claim Statements You distribute the Toolkit materials: Printed – Posters, Flyers, Buckslips & Feature Sheets Electronic – templates, ePostcard & add Tile artwork to your intranet or employee website

Suggested Toolkit Distribution Electronic: template: send by to employees; and/or post as a message/article on your Intranet or employee site Promotional video: built-in to the template; and/or post a link on your Intranet/employee website Tile artwork: post the image to your Intranet/employee site and link it to ePostcard: send by to employees; post a link on your Intranet or employee site

9 2. Your Role in the Program
Suggested Toolkit Distribution Printed: Poster (2 sizes): place in high-traffic (employee only) locations Flyer: distribute to employee mail slots; place a stack in employee lunch/break rooms Buckslip: distribute to employee mail slots; place in pay envelopes (if employees paid by cheque) Feature Sheet: distribute to employee mail slots; place a stack in employee lunch/break rooms.
