Quality Checks Every transaction is checked by the Process managers. Quality Controllers Rectify the incorrect entries. Final Review All the processed data is finally reviewed by Qualified professionals (CA’s) , approved. Upload The data is uploaded to the Client servers.

Client database is updated with the source documents received Receive statements and other source documents from the client Source documents are scanned and uploaded on the shared drive Source data is entered or entered data is edited in the accounting software Resolve any questions regarding accounting information Data is entered and reports are saved in the ‘Ready for Review’ folder ‘ISPL’ manager reviews the reports vis-à-vis the source documents Reviewed reports and backup copy are moved to ‘Final Review’ folder Client performs a final review on the accounting reports List of completed items is sent to the client for further review Needs Correction Approved reports are saved in respective client folders Approved Client database is updated with latest information
