9 CRACKER BARREL Averitt manages the national distribution of Cracker Barrel retail products to 420 stores We provide management and transportation resources for all outbound shipments Dedicated transportation resources include 45 tractors and 54 drivers Averitt supplements the dedicated resources with LTL and Truckload services Additional responsibilities include continuous improvement via on-going route reengineering and managing inbound transportation

10 CRACKER BARREL Averitt handles the transportation of all retail products offered in Cracker Barrel’s 475 locations, spread across a 40-state area. Averitt assembled a team of 59 dedicated drivers and 50 Averitt tractors. In addition, three Averitt associates have been placed on site at Cracker Barrel’s Lebanon, Tennessee distribution center. Drivers use 77 different routes as far away as Arizona, Utah and Idaho. When forming our dedicated fleet solutions for Cracker Barrel, we were able to identify certain systemic failures with their previous delivery system that were creating inefficiencies and service failures.

11 CRACKER BARREL Here are some of ways Cracker Barrel is benefiting from Averitt's dedicated services: Transportation Savings – We were able to reduce fleet size through our optimization software. Administrative Savings - We streamlined routing plans by designing and implementing a more efficient system to deliver products. Claims Reduction - Backed with Averitt's 30 years of transportation experience, our on-site manager works to reduce Cracker Barrel's claims ratio through improvements in loading/unloading processes.

12 MERCEDES BENZ Averitt is responsible for the management of all domestic inbound transportation into the Vance, AL assembly plant Averitt has on-site personnel that act as a single point of contact for all transportation-related issues All Averitt business units involved with Mercedes Benz, providing a seamless interface 151 Drivers operate a dedicated fleet Beginning August 2004 we will manage a 400,000 sq. ft . sequencing center for multiple inbound suppliers with up to 300 associates providing JIT delivery of parts in sequenced order.

13 SOUTHWEST CANNERS Averitt provides transportation of all Coca-Cola canned and bottled products to various points in Texas, Oklahoma, Colorado, and New Mexico utilizing specialized, lightweight equipment as per our customer’s specifications. The operation consists of 16 tractors, 32 trailers, 2 team drivers, 14 solo drivers, 1 mechanic and 1 site manager. Transportation of all inbound raw materials and delivery of all finished product to distributors. Averitt covers all roundtrip moves and tenders remaining one-way loads to selected carriers.

Dal-Tile / Mohawk Distribution of ceramic tile to Daltile/Mohawk dealer stores in Florida, Georgia, South Carolina. Distribution center in Orlando, FL. Began operations in 2001 with 3 tractors, 6 trailers. Grown to current operation of 20 tractors, 26 trailers. Will begin Bolingbrook, IL distribution in March of 2005 with 14 tractors, 23 trailers.

Dal-Tile / Mohawk Drivers make "Unattended Nightime Deliveries" to the stores. Estimated 2005 total Daltile/Mohawk revenue $5,250,000. Key reason for growth: Delivery of product to stores by 7:00 a.m. from previous day's order.

Genlyte Thomas Manufacturer of lighting fixtures and controls .Largest comercial manufacturer of lighting fixtures in U.S. Genlyte converted private fleet to Averitt in early Averitt operates Genlyte tractors and trailers. Averitt provides "Red" tractors. The dedicated fleet primary goal is to find most efficient solution by combining outbound shipments with inbound raw materials in closed loop transportation. Additionally, Averitt manages inbound and outbound for other modes and carriers. Primary service area is South, Southwest, Northeast and Southwest.

Genlyte Thomas Operation consists of 9 tractors domiciled in Sparta TN, Elgin IL, and Tupelo MS. Site manager in Sparta coordinates all activity in fleet. Averitt Express provides Dedicated,LTL,TL and Expedited services with over $3,000,000 in revenue.
