Our customisable online 360° feedback questionnaire integrates with typical managerial competencies and includes personal development planning tools. This tool examines the aspects of an individual’s ability to respond positively to setbacks and challenges. It is aimed at helping people to cope with stress and change. LIVED ® is the only end-to-end Leadership Assessment and Development programme for VUCA readiness. Our five elements of effective leadership: Learning, Intellect, Values, Emotions and Drive (LIVED), can be used to assess and develop your current and future leaders.
