About Us Fort Family Outreach and Support Center Staff Respond, Connect, Refer and Provide Army Reserve Soldiers and Family members with resources they need 24x7x365 Provides live, toll-free telephone support at 1-844-ONE-FAMY Suicide Prevention and SHARP hotline for the Army Reserve Provides targeted outreach and assistance and enhanced information and referral during times of crisis Assists callers with immediate needs and follow-up until issues are resolved Serves as a centralized point-of-contact for Army Reserve Family Programs 1 November 2016 Paulla Conant/ARFC-FP/

A Year At A Glance 40 targeted outreach efforts over the past year: 7 active shooters wildfires 4 hurricanes tropical cyclone 1 windstorm bombing 2 earthquakes winter storm 1 explosion tornadoes/flooding 139,629 Army Reserve Households in affected areas 166,495 Disaster Assistance s sent 108 Disaster Assistance cases initiated Incoming calls increased 24% due to outreach efforts 1 November 2016 Paulla Conant/ARFC-FP/

7 FFOSC Top 5 Issues Oct 15 – Sep 16
Most of the cases received by Fort Family are complex with multiple issues impacting concurrently TPU Soldiers are most limited in eligibility for resources Incoming cases are steadily increasing as Commanders become more aware of the program 1 November 2016 Paulla Conant/ARFC-FP/
