2016 Club Leadership Seminars Facilitation training licenses a District team of Facilitators to work with clubs when invited 1st activity tell about myself years in Rotary / who you are why you are here Walk through a facilitation exercise Facilitation may not be for everyone Some will feel able to do some of it and some not. 10/24/2017 A bit of background Visioning started in 2002 in District 5960 (Minnesota and Wisconsin) Developed by Rotarians Steve and Terri Wilcox who adapted techniques they use professionally Spread to Canada, New Zealand, Australia and now across RIBI. In use in over 100 Districts worldwide 8 8
