3 Planning for Junior/Senior Year
Consider student post high school goals. Complete graduation requirements (any F’s to makeup?). Identify student strengths/areas of interest. Consider college entrance requirements (Any D’s to make up?). Time commitments outside of school.

12 As we begin the post high school planning process, please remember…
Help us encourage your student to appropriately challenge themselves in and out of the classroom. Help us encourage your students to ask their counselors, teachers and other adults in their lives for help when they need it and to be self-advocates. All students have a variety of paths and options. The most competitive college is not always the best fit for a specific student. Rewarding work ethic and trying new things typically brings better outcomes than rewarding grades. It is a very stressful time; remind your student to relax, have some fun and keep balanced.
