1 BLOOD DONOR INFORMATION SYSTEM DESIGN BASED ON WEB(Case Study: PMI Tasikmalaya)

For the next five minutes, I will explain about my research, that is Web Based Information System of Blood Donor Service (case Study in PMI (Palang Merah Indonesia) Tasikmalaya) we known as Blood Bank Services. This is a cross-scientific research between the Faculty of Health Sciences and the Faculty of Engineering University of Siliwangi. This research funded by the Higher Education in PHB (penelitian hibah bersaing) scheme over three years, began in 2015 (two thousand fifteen) until 2017 (two thousand seventeen). 3 Background 2 Blood is a national asset that should be managed by local blood service/PMI UU 32/2004 about Local Government - UDD PMI is unable to meet the needs of blood donors in Tasikmalaya city Its hard to know information about availability of blood stock for recipients - Low participation for Blood Donors - ICT not fully utilized Low Good Governance - Digital databases of health are not yet available - Distribution of information is Local- The background our research is: From UU (constitution) no 32/2004 about local government that is Blood is a national asset that should be managed by local blood service/PMI UDD (blood transfusion unit) PMI is unable to meet the needs of blood donors in Tasikmalaya City because its Hard to know information about availability of blood stock for recipient AND Low participation for blood donors. The Last - ICT not fully utilized because Low Good Governance, Digital databases of health are not yet available , and Distribution of information is Local We found gaps in distribution of information between urban areas and rural areas. for example, in urban area is easy to get information from internet by computer or using smartphone. it is not touchable by rural public. Why? because the signal, especially for data signals, does not reach to all villages.

Organize good governance in the health sector to provide information and services to the public a transparent, effective and accurate. Integration system of blood donor services between PMI and Hospital Provides easy access to the data and Blood Donor Recipients using mobile devices “Implementation of Information Technology in Health“ So with this research we have objective and purpose. The objective is Developing and Implementing web based information system of blood donor and SMS gateway technology in PMI Tasikmalaya The purpose our research is Increase blood donor services in PMI Tasikmalaya with ICT. Organize good governance in the health sector to provide information and services to the public a transparent, effective and accurate. Integration system of blood donor services between PMI and Hospital Provides easy access to the data and Blood Donor Recipients using mobile devices at the bottom you can read the main topic of our research is Implementation of Information Technology in Health

In the batch 1 we have 2 main schedule that is Preparation and Develop Prototype System In the batch 2 we try to integrated application and testing system for lab scale (on going phase) In batch 3 we will do implementation all system at PMI Tasikmalaya, Taking measurement about technology acceptance The last we will do evaluate to all our result.
