Enrollment by race/ ethnicity Enrollment in public elementary and secondary schools is projected to decrease 6 percent between 2011 and 2022 for students who are White be 2 percent higher in 2022 than in 2011 for students who are Black; increase 33 percent between 2011 and 2022 for students who are Hispanic; increase 20 percent between 2011 and 2022 for students who are Asian/ Pacific Islander decrease 5 percent between 2011 and 2022 for students who are American Indian/Alaska Native increase 44 percent between 2011 and 2022 for students who are two or more races National Center for Education Statistics

Founded in 1997, FLVS began with just 77 enrollments; FULLY ACCREDITED FREE for In-State Students (Florida) Credit retrieval, advancement, access to courses not normally available, and more = ACCESS TO HIGHER LEARNING! The Florida legislature agreed to include Florida Virtual School in the state’s per-pupil funding model—based solely on successful completions
