6 Trade union is voluntary and independent workers organisation, made to represent and defence their social and professional rights and businesses. Trade unions in Poland are based on the art. 59 of the Polish Constitution and the Act from 23 May 1991 about trade unions.

16 History of NSZZ ”Solidarność”

17 It was the first independent, legal trade union in communist Poland which was established in Lech Wałęsa led ”Solidarność”.
