12 Review procedures 1. Preliminary Design Review (Oct. 2016)
A Preliminary Design Review (PDR) is held when the design is advanced sufficiently to begin some bread board testing and /or the fabrication of design models. 2. Final Design Review (Feb. 2017) The Final Design Review (FDR) presents a final detailed design using substantially completed drawings, analyses and breadboard/engineering model evaluation testing to show that the design will meet the final performance and interface specifications and the required design objectives. 3. Installation Specification review (JLAB/SLAC) (Feb. 2017) The technical specification of installation will be reviewed when the specification documentation is completed. This review will finalize the specification for RFP. 4. Procurement readiness review (SLAC) (Mar 2017) The procurement RFP will be released after this review. 5. Proposals review (SLAC/JLab) (May 2017) The GC will be selected. LCLS-II Cryoplant Installation PDR, Oct 18, 2016

20 Summary Cryoplant installation is divided into phases which match the commissioning of subsystems in the cryoplants. The roles and responsibilities of cryoplant installation are defined between Jlab and SLAC. SLAC is to be responsible for awarding the installation contracts and oversee the on-site installation. Jlab is responsible for the installation design, specification and final acceptance. The organization for the cryoplant installation has been proposed. Risks analysis for cryoplant installation was performed. The PDR an FDR for cryoplant installation are scheduled. LCLS-II Cryoplant Installation PDR, Oct 18, 2016
