Observing cooperating teacher

In Field Placement

Following Induction Plan agreement
Working with individual students in small groups
Some whole class teaching where the Teacher Candidate is responsible for learning segments of variable and increasing lengths
By mid-year (approx. December) Teacher Candidate will take responsibility for about a week of teaching.
