9 How to Access HIPAA Compliance Training
Please follow these instructions to access HIPAA Compliance Training: Only PC or Laptops will be able to access this training {handheld devices will not work}. You may need to adjust your zoom element to capture the whole page. If using laptop, make sure bar at bottom of the screen is visible. If not, use the zoom buttons: hit Control + (to zoom in) and Control – (to zoom out). Please allow POPUP’s to access this training {this is a must}. (Go to your browser settings and make sure pop-ups are allowed). Using the Back Arrow may reset you to the login page. Logging on to the System: Go to link: Enter your Username with full address. {Ex: First time accessing system, click “Forgot your Password?” and provide required information. PLEASE DO NOT USE YOUR ROWAN PASSWORD! You will be directed to create a new password and receive an with password to access the training. You will be directed to a Welcome Screen with “Access my Learning Activities” Click to access training {just clicking the picture will get you to the training} See the helpful navigation tools & FAQs at this link: Office of Compliance & Corporate Integrity

10 How to Print Certificate of Completion for HIPAA Compliance Training
At the end of course (when finished quiz), click on the X button to exit out of the training. A pop-up box will appear at the top of screen letting you know the training is completed. At the end of the course, you will be able to print off your certificate of completion (if you passed the course). This certificate will always be available for printing by following these steps: Go to the main page and click: Training Training History Click the Learning Activity to obtain the Certificate Click Training Certificate Click Open Make sure printing for a PDF is set to landscape Click Print If you did not pass, you will be required to retake the course and quiz.
