3 expect some sanding and gluing
Don’t force parts together or they may break. If they do break, then super glue can be used for repair. 3D printed parts may be rough and require sanding so that they fit together … this is to be expected.

4 most of the holes in the 3D printed parts need cleaning out
1/8-inch diameter drill bit works well in most cases

5 parts for mounting the steering servo

6 mount the servo to the bracket

7 cut off three sides on the servo horn
original servo horn this is the only part you use

8 make outer hole on servo horn larger
(a 3/32-inch diameter drill bit works well)

9 attach steering arm to servo horn
(a 2mm Allen wrench is needed)

10 attach steering arm to cross arm
this bolt screws into the hole do not drill out this hole! you will be sad if you do

11 screw in drill … go slow when installing bolt!
chucking up the screw in a drill makes it easier to screw in … don’t go all the way in though … finish it off by hand with a 2-mm Allen wrench screw in drill … go slow when installing bolt!

12 already attached to steering servo
assemble steering already attached to steering servo bushing goes here

13 assemble steering tighten these nylock nuts until steering is secure but free a bushing goes in the large holes to make steering smooth

14 put on front wheels order of nuts, washers and hex insert
nylock nut … tighten until it starts to contact but still spins freely

15 completed steering system
