ZEEL MASSAGE PROGRAM @ 1650 ARCH
Held the last Friday of every month in our 5-Star Conferencing Center 4 hour event – held from 10 a.m. – 2 p.m. ZEEL charges $80/hr We Loved our massage therapist Cymone so much that we requested to have her for every event. The tenants absolutely LOVE her! ZEEL sends you a massage chair or table (whichever you offer) to store onsite for the therapist. ZEEL offers design template for both a poster and eblast. The eblast is great because you can customize it for each month’s event. The eblast also has a link that leads tenants right to their online scheduler. The therapist then have access to see the scheduler so they know the name of the tenant receiving the massage Tenants then get a confirmation text for their appointment along with a reminder the morning of their appointment.

800 Connecticut February 2017 We hosted two successful prospective tenant tours this month. For each, we provided them with 800 CT swag bags as well as “breakfast to go”. We also set up the conference room for quick Floored presentations so they could see 3D renderings of potential designs and lay outs for the space they were viewing. Our conference center is still getting a lot of use from our tenants. Rentals this month ranged from full day, full training center rentals for 100 people, to a luncheon for 60 people in the amenity portion to a small group meet up after hours in our smaller conference room. I set up a table in our lobby during lunch hours for Valentine’s Day. I handed out over 300 Cheryl’s Valentine’s cookies and 215 building employees entered to win our raffle prizes which included orchids, a dozen roses and a bouquet of balloons. We also has our very first Pop-Up Bar hosted by a local sports bar, The Blind Rhino. They served a variety of beer and wine and I provided snacks and water for those who attended. We will be doing this every other Thursday – the tenants gave great feedback on this! Our Kingsley survey is going out soon. Most of our tenants complete them with no reward needed but we will be hand delivering “sweet treats” as a thank you.

Tenants entered in to win a Date Night for Two basket On Valentine’s Day we set up with the basket display and handed out cake pops to all the tenants to wish them a Happy Valentine’s Day. We did an assortment of flavors; vanilla, chocolate and red velvet. It was a sweet treat and the tenants LOVED it!

Year End Activity Roll-Up, Monthly Report and Tenant Satisfaction Survey This comprehensive overview quantifies usage: tenants that are particularly active (great ‘stickiness’ factor when renewing) Also great for the leasing teams –they can offer up stats when touring new prospects, quote tenant testimonials, etc..
